Lamont Cusseaux

Lamont began his career with the San Jose Police Department in 1994. He worked several Units as an officer, Patrol, VCET, Gang Investigations, Academy TAC Officer, he was an FTO and worked Internal Affairs. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2005. As a Supervisor he worked Patrol and was the Executive Director of the San Jose Police Activities League. Lamont was the main force behind San Jose PAL hosting the Pony Baseball Palomino World Series for three straight years.
Lamont attended Kennedy High School in Richmond where he was a four year letterman in three sports, Football, Basketball and Baseball. He went on to attend Cal State Hayward where he was a two sport athlete in Football and Baseball. Lamont also played Minor League Baseball in the Florida Marlins organization 1991-1993.
Lamont participated and excelled in numerous police athletic events throughout the United States. He won the following medals:

For his outstanding athletic accomplishments, Sgt. Lamont Cusseaux is inducted into the Police Amateur Athletic Foundation Hall of Fame.
